New Theory’s return/exchange policy gives you the option to return or exchange items purchased if you receive a different, damaged, or defective product within the specified return period.
⚠️ Important: Products purchased during Sale/Discount offers are not eligible for Returns or Refunds. Only Size Exchange is allowed on sale items, subject to availability.
Return Period: Returns must be reported within 7 days of receiving the order.
Exchange Period: Exchanges must be reported within 7 days of receiving the order.
To raise a request, scroll to the bottom of our homepage and click on Returns/Exchange.
Product packaging, labels & tags must remain intact.
Refunds will only be processed in case of wrong, damaged, or defective products.
Return/Exchange Procedure
- Navigate to the bottom of the homepage and click on Returns/Exchange.
- Share product images & an opening video of the order for verification.
- Post-verification, we will initiate the process. Once the product is received at our warehouse, a quality check will be conducted before processing a refund or exchange.
Note: Refunds will not be initiated if the product is received in a damaged, defective, used condition or without original tags, labels, and packaging.
Refunds
Prepaid Orders:
Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 5–7 working days. It may take an additional 2–3 days for the amount to reflect in your account. Refunds are processed only after the product passes the quality check.
COD Orders:
For COD orders, please provide your bank details while filling the Return form.
Returns will not be accepted if:
- The product is damaged due to misuse/overuse.
- Returned without original packaging (tags, labels, price tags, etc.).
- The product is used, altered, or missing original components.
- The return/exchange request is raised after 7 days of delivery.
- The returned product fails quality check.
