Return/Exchange Policy

Return/Exchange Policy:

New Theory's return/exchange policy gives you an option to return items purchased if the customer receives different, damaged, or defective products within a specified return period.

  • Return Period: Returns should be reported within days of receiving the order.
  • Exchange Period: Exchanges should be reported within 7 days of receiving the order. 
  • You must raise a return request by navigating to the bottom of the homepage and click on Returns/Exchange
  • Product packaging, labels & tags must not be tampered with.
  • Refunds will only be processed if the customer receives different, damaged, or defective products.


Return/Exchange Procedure:

  • Navigate to the bottom of the homepage and click on Returns/Exchange.
  • We will ask you to share the product's images and video while opening the order to verify the same.
  • Post verification, we would initiate the return process. Once we receive the product in our warehouse, we would do a quality check and initiate a refund or exchange.
  • Please note that we would not initiate the refund if we receive a damaged, defective, used product or product not in the original condition or without tags, labels, and original packaging.


Payment method for a refund:
Prepaid order :
For prepaid orders, a refund will be processed back via the same payment method. The timeline for the same would be 5-7 working days. It will take an additional 2-3 business days for the amount to reflect in your account. The refund would be initiated once the product is received at the source hub.

COD order :
For COD orders, while filling the Return form please add your Bank Details.  

We will not accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Product is damaged due to misuse/overuse
  • Returned without original packaging including, price tags, labels, packaging, etc. Product is used or altered.
  • If the request is initiated after 7 days of order delivery.
  • If the returned product fails Quality Check.
